We will gladly issue a refund for the amount of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt, packing slip, or purchasing credit card (Note: The purchasing credit card can only be used for merchandise returned at the store).  

A merchandise credit will be issued at the lowest selling price within the past 30 days for returns without a receipt and subject to the conditions and exceptions listed below.  Merchandise credits are redeemable for merchandise only.  In store returns require a government issued ID.

Most items purchased either in-store or online may be returned to your local store for a refund or exchange (see below exceptions).

Exceptions:

  • All electronics purchased online must be returned by mail.
  • All fine jewelry with a selling price over $100.00 purchased online must be returned by mail.
  • For online purchases only, free gifts received with any purchase must be returned when the qualifying item is returned for a refund or exchanged for a non-qualifying item.  A “qualifying item” means the item that, when purchased, qualified the purchaser to receive the free gift offered in connection with such items.
  • Merchandise purchased in the store cannot be returned by mail.

Return by Mail

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Place your item(s) and packing report in a package/box and use the return address below.  Include the Packing Report with your shipment (a delay in refund will occur if packing report is not included).

You have the option to drop off your package at the local Post OfficeUPS service center, or Fedex service center.

Stage Stores will not accept any merchandise that is damaged in shipment due to improper packing, so please repackage all items properly to ensure your refund is properly credited.

Allow 15-20 days from the day you returned your package in order to see the credit on your account statement.

Note:  If the item you are returning is damaged, write "Damaged" on the Packing Report.  Please contact Customer Service for additional service when returning merchandise received damaged or in error.
